• Return your completed Preferred Mortgage Partner Application Form with required supporting documentation.
   
• Upon approval of your application we will forward you our Preferred Partner Agreement, Partner Services Agreement and Fee Schedule for your review and signature.
   
• Execute the agreements and return to Summit Mortgage Corporate Headquarters.
   
• Summit will finalize and complete all necessary internal setup functions and assign you a lender id number.
   
• We will then schedule an informational training session for your staff. Topics we cover are lock-in procedures, the application, processing, underwriting, closing, funding and our 24/7 online mortgage solution.
